Clean eating is the idea of eating foods that have not been packaged or processed. You are what you eat, so shouldn’t it matter what you put in your body? Yes, but we’re all human! Aim to eat well at least 80% of the time. Treat your body well and it will treat you well. Health begins on the inside.
Start with journaling. Starting now, write down the foods that you eat throughout the day. Don’t pass judgement. Don’t go out of your way. Be natural. Be honest with yourself.
